VisionNet DigitalHub Overview

The CRIF VisionNet DigitalHub allows you to store persons in your portfolio, and allows you to easily run multiple report types against those people. A typical workflow would be:

  1. Search to confirm they are not already in your ConsumerHub. (Search/List)
  2. Add the person if they are new. (ConsumerHub Create)
  3. See what has already been run against the person, if a match is found. (ConsumerHub Record Details)
  4. Request a "Credit Check Individual" report, to check for court judgments, bankruptcies etc. (Request Report)
  5. Request a "PEP & Sanctions" check to fulfil your AML and Due Diligence Requirements. (Request Report)
  6. Request an "Electronic ID Verification" (EIDV) from the data subject. They can use our advanced ID Verification system to take a selfie, and validate their ID. You can ask for Proof of Address (PoA) or Proof of Income (PoI) like a payslip at this stage. (Request Report)
  7. If you intend to offer them a loan or credit, then you might request a PSD2 Open Banking report. Send the data subject an email to their SmartPhone, and in 90 seconds they can offer you access to their current accounts. The advanced analytics features of CRIF NEOS can give you a credit score, and recommended affordability levels in seconds, using up-to-the-minute data directly from their bank account… all consent based of course. Much easier and more secure than scanning and emailing bank statements. (Request Report)
  8. Download the reports to your internal system, or display them within your CRM perhaps (PDF Report Download)
  9. View the Audit trail of the reports run (Audit Trail)
  10. Edit the record, to mark your Due Diligence as completed, and add notes from your employee. (ConsumerHub Edit Record)

Reports are stored in your DigitalHub for re-access later, with automatic retention periods in place. You are in control. All data is stored and processed within the EU, with GDPR "Privacy By Design" at the core of this feature set.
